What happens after the 3 free cover letters?+
The Free plan allows you to generate up to 3 AI cover letters in total so you can try the platform. Once the third cover letter has been generated, you'll need to upgrade to the Pro plan to continue creating new cover letters.
What does Pro include?+
The Pro plan is designed for active job seekers applying to multiple roles. It includes up to 200 AI-generated cover letters per month, higher limits for active applications in the Job Tracker, automatic follow-up reminders 7 days after applying, and full access to the application tracking workflow. Your generation limit resets automatically each billing period.
Why are follow-up reminders useful?+
Following up after submitting an application can significantly increase your chances of receiving a response. Pro users receive automatic reminders 7 days after applying, helping them stay organised and follow up at the right time.
What happens after 200 generations?+
If you reach the 200 cover letter generation limit, the generator will pause until the next billing cycle begins. You will still be able to access your account, view previously generated cover letters, and manage and track applications in your Job Tracker.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Do unused generations roll over?+
No. Generation limits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused cover letter generations do not carry over to the next month.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan allows you to try the platform without entering any payment details. You only need to add payment information if you decide to upgrade to the Pro plan.
Is payment handled securely?+
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payment details are handled on Stripe-hosted checkout pages, which means your payment information is never stored inside the platform.
Can I edit the generated cover letters?+
Yes. Every generated cover letter can be reviewed, edited, and customised before downloading or sending.
What types of jobs can this be used for?+
The platform works for a wide range of roles including graduate positions, professional roles, corporate jobs, and entry-level positions. As long as you provide the job description, the AI can tailor a cover letter for the role.
